öäü

Re: öäü
It is the same with some old emails. But not with every email and not from every sender. By changing the encoding, it is possible to eliminate the wrong letters. By the way, everything is fine in Outlookor in Postbox.

Re: öäü
Please export couple of problematic emails into EML files and forward to us. Will check what's mentioned as encoding in their headers.

Re: öäü
I must say now, that in general the emails are coming in in a god way. I see now, that there ist one ore two senders. So no big problem.

Re: öäü
Thanks for the sample emails. I think this has already been fixed in the internal builds. Would you like to give it a try? If so, will forward you a download link.

OK, there is not yet the end. Again a email from a sender, which stay on Unicode 8 and therefor wrong öäü! But with western it is ok!

Re: öäü
This problem annoys me again and again. I cannot tell my email senders how to write an email. So it would be good if I could set the default encoding.
At the moment, Unicode UTF8 is displayed. But in these emails where öäü are not displayed correctly, I always have to switch to an encoding with WESTERN.
Is it not possible to change this permanently?

Re: öäü
We'd need to get couple of sample emails in order to check this again. Thanks.
