Disappearing Data

I just purchased Essential PIM. I'm stumped with something that is most curious... I've entered data, and then synchronized. All good.... THEN it opens with a blank screen, telling me to double click anywhere in the screen to open a database.. which I'm unable to do.

Click on File->Open and there'll be a list of last opened EPIM database files close to the bottom. Choose the one you used last. Thanks!

I think that somehow the database may have been loaded under admin as opposed to me as a regular user. How can I check this... the file path at the top of the EPIM screen into which I entered the data had a path to a temp folder, or some such, and mentioned admin in the string. I've never had something installed to the wrong pathway in more than 20 years using a computer.

Please search your PC for EPIM type of files, the one found would be your database to open.
