Hello!
I have a perpetual license for Essential Pim Pro. The problem started two days ago after the release of Essential pim Pro 9.9. I can't make any changes to my notes and calendar. When I try to save I get an error message:
After this, all the information I have entered disappear.
Note: when installing updates automatically, the new version was downloaded, but there was no automatic restart of the program. I manually downloaded and installed the new version, but it has the same error.
What should I do to correct the situation?
