Error : Access Violation

Whenever I open an email from a source, I get the error that I attach.

What's the EPIM version number? What's the edition - Pro or Free? You mean the error appears when you click on View->Message Source?

Does that happen with just a specific message or with all the emails?

The fault appears when I select a message, and always from the same sender.

If you export one of these messages into an EML file, then create a new EPIM database file, create a test mail account in it and import that EML file back, will it be producing the same error then?
