You mean the 9.9.6 version? When did you start getting it? Will starting EPIM without a database eliminate the error?

Re: Error at Start up - 9.6.6
Sorry. Yes it is 9.6.6. I have had this issue since 9.5 and have been sending to support all along. No I do not get the issue with no database. Please know that I am working in a database that I just created.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Error at Start up - 9.6.6
Let me clarify once more - that's 9.9.6, not the other way around with numbers - 9.6.6?
You mean if you start EPIM, click on File->New, there's not going to be the error? We first need to find out whether the error is database dependent or not.

Re: Error at Start up - 9.9.6
Ok, thanks. so the error seems to be database dependent. There are 2 options then:
1. You create a copy of your database file, delete all the sensitive info from the copy, make sure the error is still there upon opening the database file in EPIM and then forward it to us. Will check what's causing the error and fix that.
2. Synchronize your current database into the new one using EPIM Sync.
