Please forward me the log file (via PM here in the forum), which can be found here: Tools->Options->Synchronization, Browse... Its filename should start with "GoogleSync". Thanks!

Haldex, as you can see the error message on your screenshot is different. Please see my previous reply, would help us if you forwarded the log file. Thanks!

Re: Version 9.9.6 Sync Problem
Depending on the sync the error relates to. From the sync name on your screenshot I assume that's a CalDAV one?

Re: Version 9.9.6 Sync Problem
Ehm......I just may have found a clue to this problem.
I experienced the same problem, when I upgraded from EPIM r9.6 to r9.95, r9.96, r9.97.
Since I upgraded to r9.9x I had this http 400 sync problem, every time I tried to synchronize with Google:
On every sync attempt I received a BAD REQUEST error (http 400)
Mind you, I always performed a single directed sync, from EPIM to Google, that is.
Ever since the upgrade to EPIM r9.9x, that went wrong.
Finally I decided to reverse the sync direction: So the new setting was One direction, from Google to EPIM.
To my surprise, that worked fine, no BAD REQUEST, no http 400 error.
Then I saw, that several fieldlabels had been added/changed during the sync from Google to EPIM. Fields like 'Twitter', were added.
So I reversed the direction again to its original setting: One direction, from EPIM to Google.
Upon the next sync, no more problems, no more BAD REQUEST, no more http 400 errors.
Could it be, that this problem just have been caused by changing the database structure at Google's, in combination with unidirectional syncing?
Anyway, I really hope, this helps you as good as it helped me.
For those who do not want to risk their contacts database destroyed by a faulty synchronization, I do recommend to copy your database before trying this. It is really easy to do and reduces your risc to 0.

Re: Version 9.9.6 Sync Problem
Hello, after an android Whats'Up contact sync with my Google Contacts, EPIM PRO v.11.0.4 on desktop stopped syncing 1-way from EPIM to my Gmail Account, giving me a pop up with a notification of http/1.1 409 conflict.
How can I force again the 1 way syncing from EPIM to Gmail account (even if I lose that one contact I added to my Gmail account through Whats Up android app)?
Thank you in advance for your time!!
P.K.

Re: Version 9.9.6 Sync Problem
After guidance from the support team, they found that I had 2 contact groups with the same name in EPIM.
After renaming one of them the problem was resolved and synchronization works again!
Thank you very much for your support!!!
