Essentil 9.10.7 bug with dropbox

Hi,
I am connected to the internet. Whenever I save the database in Dropbox, it keeps giving me connection error. How should I do? With the previous version (9.10.6) it was perfect

What precisely does the error message say? Please also forward us the log file.

You don't need to create it but get it from here: Tools->Options->Synchronization, Browse... and then forward to us. Thanks!

Thanks, sync your database over to the new one using EPIM Synchronizer, that should fix the problem (which is with the sync token length changed by Dropbox recently).
