I have bought the new essential pim pro 3.04 incl. sync-prog for Google calendar mm, but I cannot sync with google calender, why. What am I doing wrong?
I get the message: HTTP/1.1 404 Not found.

It should work. Are you using Proxy server?
Make sure Internet is acccessible for EPIM, maybe firewall blocks it.

I don't use proxy-server, and my Bullguard is allowing Essential pim pro to pass

I too just purchased the pro portable version 3.04 and cannot sync with google behind a proxy. On one system I get "Connection Closed Gracefully" - Umm, is that good or bad? (Nothing got synced so I'm guessing Bad). On another system (different proxy), I am rewarded with a blank dialog containing a red "X" and an OK button. Has this stuff been tested?

That's a known problem (Proxy not supported). That will not be fixed in 3.1, but, hopefully in 3.1.1

There is no problem with firewall, so how can i do?

yes it worked.

so this time i tried to uninstall and reinstall...but there is still all my last calendar! don't know how to erase everything.

I tried this because i thought it could be the version i downloaded that made a problem with the version i bought
