I have some issue with EPIM Cloud sync. I've got that message:
HTTP/1.1 412 Precondition failed
Help pls

We think we have fixed this problem in a latest build. Can you please use this Portable version and confirm it is working for you?

I have an HTTP error message when attempting to commence EPIM Cloud sync (for the very first time) after what seems to be a successful log-in:

EPIM Cloud Sync Error -- HTTP/1.1 412 Precondition Failed
Hi -- I'm getting the same error message described above. I'm get this error using EPIM 6.67 on a Windows Server 2012. I have EPIM installed on other clients (Windows 10, Linux/WINE) and it is synchronizing correctly with the cloud. Any ideas?

Please enable the extended logging feature in Tools->Options->Synchronization, then try to synchronize again. If the problem persists, please forward me (via PM here in the forum) the latest log file (it can be found here: C:\Users\Your_Windows_Username\AppData\Roaming\EssentialPIM Pro\Logs). Thanks!
