Bonjour, j'ai essential PIMPRO, mais il m'est impossible d'importer des anciens fichiers, quand je veux le faire, les fichiers n'apparaissent dans le dossier d'importation!! est ce qu'il y a une solution à ce problème??

please post screenshots of what's not working. You can use File-> Open-> menu and select *.epim file to open it.

If you are using File-> Open menu and it gives this error- something is wrong with your database. Please have a look at backup files you might have (by default EPIM makes backups into folder directory). If nothing helps, send your database (or the link to it) to ma@essentialpim... with a link to this topic.

i have create my own files backup, the database et the backup files are not in the same folder...

You can also search your computer for *.epim files or *.epim.bak files.
If you do not find anything, send us your database as indicated in my previous post.

I am just responding to your request of not a valid database- means you can find and open/use backup file.
