Allow smaller font sizes in notes

Post by FireBrand2026 »

At the moment my font styles are a large unruly mess because and I'd like to be able to use them conveniently for things besides setting font size.

Currently you can only go down to font size 8 unless you make a custom font style.

The issue is that many small and pixel font's like @Small Fonts have a maximum native size of 6. Which means they will not render correctly if you push them above that limit.

I fairly commonly use size 4 & 6 font and so I have dozens of style presets that are just normal font families set to size 4 & 6 because the main interface doesn't allow me to set size 4 or 6 any other way.

+1 I only have 3 fonts I have to do this with but it would be nice not to have to do it.

In WordPad the list only goes down to 8 but unlike EPIM you can also just type whatever number you want into the font size selection box and it will work.

Hello,

do I get it right that a fix would be to allow smaller font sizes for all fonts up to 4?

Yes, the fix would be letting this list box go down to 4.

So instead of ending at 8 it would also have 6 and 4 which are the most common sizes for for pixel fonts.
