It would be good if you could use the search field to type in multiple tags to filter down results.
Example: Say I have a note tagged like this:
Pie, Recipe
ePIM understands that comma separating them means they're two separate tags, however if I do this in the search bar:
Search (in: Tags)
for: Recipe, Pie
or: Pie Recipe
I get no results.
It will only come up if I type Pie or Recipe separately, or if I type it in exactly the order it was tagged in, like this:
Pie, Recipe
So, it only seems to match one tag at a time, and the search is treating "Pie, Recipe" as if it's one tag.
I might want to search "Recipe" and then add the tag "Pie" to the search to filter the results down further without remembering which order I tagged it in, but can't seem to do that right now.
Hope that makes sense?

Re: Search by multiple tags
Hi,
I've noticed the same limitation to the tags implementation and I second your request to make it possible to search tags on an individual basis. There are also issues with spaces that needs to be striped off. I have encountered that if you tagged with "Pie, Recipe" and you search with "Pie,Recipe" that even that won't find a match. Please, developers of EssentialPIM, please create a routine that makes a searches on tags possible, on a word basis, independent on the combinations that these tags might have been used with other tags.
By the way, this is not limited to tags, but is also the case with recipients of email messages, which makes it really difficult to search for a message you send to multiple recipients, as you need to list all recipients, in exactly the right order to get your match...

Re: Search by multiple tags
Hello,
thank you, suggestion noted. We are looking into improving multiple search by tags. So far you can use Tools-> Advanced search and enter multiple conditions to search for multiple tags.
