Hello,
I am not sure this has already been proposed, but I have made a list of improvements many users could benefit from.
Here is my list:
- temporarily disable synchronizations:
at the moment we can only delete them
- more granular options for 1 way or 2 ways synchronizations:
now the 1 way / 2 ways option applies to all selected modules, it would be nice to be able to choose what modules should be sync'ed 1way and what 2ways
- selectively choose what calendar should be imported/sync'ed
I have 3 devices where i want all calendars to be sync'ed: personal phone, work phone and computer. Now calendar entries always get duplicated (I have 3 events for each "real event" and need to run dedupe tool.
- assign a default category for sync'ed calendars.
For example all calendar entries I sync from my work phone are imported into the personal category while they should be work category.
Some calendar synchronization suggestions

Re: Some calendar synchronization suggestions
Thanks for the suggestions. Which synchronization do you specifically mean?
Also, why would you need to temporarily disable any sync?

@Rasna
I wonder how sync doesnot produce events with the original categories. With me it does every time I sync. And even if new categories are there.
The same with duplicates ... I never ever have some.

Everything I mention comes out of my experience. I'm not an expert. Feel free to try anything I suggest ... but always at your own risk.
