Bug on repeated appointments

Say that I have a fixed appointment every week Friday 6PM to 7PM.
I added it to the database and set "Repeat appointment"
So far so good.
Now the appointment for once happens on a different hour, I can change one appointment, not the series, so far so good.
And the appointment does not happen during holidays, I can delete the particular appointments, so far so good.

Then suddenly all are back on the original series conditions, the deleted appointments reappear.
This happens on google synchronisation, when I change the category of the series (or anything else) or sometimes just unexpectedly.
This should not happen and makes my calendar completely unreliable

I have an Essential Pro Network server, and currently one client license for testing.

This bug is a showstopper for me to not roll it out in the company.

Is this a known bug? Some plans to fix it in near future?

Thank you. That's a known issue, but not a simple one to fix. We are working on it.

I only use EPIM ...no synchonization whatsoever ..and it also happens.

It should not happen without synchronization. If you can reproduce the problem without synchronization, please list steps, one by one. Thank you!

Max as far as I know (and you write in your first reply) this sounds like a known problem. The one that is not so easy to fix.
I think this problem is the same as I described before (see testers topic : viewtopic.php?f=9&t=10562&p=43883&hilit=repeated#p43883 - Sorry link won't work for all users, only beta testers). In that topic I described this problems and steps to recreate / test them.

Just tested it again and the problem still exists in 4.54.
