Bug? Upgrade 6.05 to... Yes, 6.05

Post by Trinitylab »

Win 8 x64,
Epim 6.05 Pro Net Lifetime.

I have downloaded supposedly this 6.06 version:
http://www.essentialpim.com/download/Es ... roNet6.exe

but when I start installation the message in the title of the window is "EssentialPIM Pro 6.05 setup".
Below the terms of agreement I see "You must accept the agreement to install EssentialPIM Pro 6.05".

Can someone check it, and make needed corrections?

Best,
Piotr

BTW, here
http://www.essentialpim.com/pc-version/network-edition
Download button is linked to 5. version.
EPIM Pro Business Network always newest
Win 8.1 Pro 64x, C2D 2x3GHz, 16 GB RAM or Win 10 Pro, i7, 16 GB RAM.

Hello Trinity Lab,

Concerning the download button, you are right, it indicates in the status bar that it is linked to EssentialPIMProNet5.exe but if you click on it you are rightly offered to download the EssentialPIMProNet6.

Best regards

Max: The same similar mismatch exists for download buttons at the bottom of http://www.essentialpim.com/pc-version/pro-vs-free

Thanks, Norm.

Is this "6.05 installation message" an error, and the upgrade is done to 6.06 despite of the message?

Hello Trinity,

It could be. Only Max can certify.

There was a problem in "About" screen of Network 6.06 version. We have fixed it and re-uploaded to:
