Mr. Max, really since I bought this program a year ago (with three licenses) i had several problems the last one was beacuse a virus crash my computer i had to reinstall windows XP, then i've download the program essentail pim pro network and when trying to enter the login and serial appears this: "el nombre \clave ingresada parece ser no valida. pruebe de nuevo. The name/key you entered does not appear to be valid. Please try again
Really I´m so desappointed with this bad program i always have problems.

If you have got the right license it will work. Most probably you have a license for 2.x version, while you have installed 3.x version. I would suggest to turn to support via email, they can help.
