SPAM Downloaded

Post by gschuze »

I have EPIM R 7.53. All my folders are synced OK from Gmail except my SPAM folder. It remains in GMAIL and is not synced to RPIM.

What could cause this?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I suppose you are using IMAP protocol. In this case please log in to Gmail on Web, go to Settings and select "Labels". There you can choose "Show in IMAP"

Hi Max,
I checked the "Labels" setting in GMAIL and it is checked for IMAP and SHOW.
Still not seeing SPAM emails being downloaded and I verified that there are SPAM emails in GMAIL. All the rest of my accounts work fine.

Open Mail module and select "Manage Folders" on the toolbar. Make sure "Spam" folder is set to download messages. If that does not work, re-setup your account in EPIM.

I ended up reinstalling EPIM and statting over with my mail. All seems to be fine now.
I did not have to change SPAM folder to MESSAGE, it is set at Header and it is syncing with gmail.
Thanks for all your help.
