Sync dont work

Hello
I installed the app on my iphone 6s.
On my Mac I installed Windows 7 over the Parallels. Now I try to start my sync and I am getting the result: Connection failed! Close
My iphone can see the other desktop on windows 7. But after START I am getting the message ?

Someone has experiences with this problem ?

Hello,

that's most probably related to not set up port forwarding. We actually do not support Windows running in virtualised environment, but with enough technical knowledge a port forwarding must be set up and it should work.
