Already paid for PRO but not showing up

I previously paid for the essential pro version for android, but it looks like I lost pro with the latest update (previously had pro). Wants me to buy again???
I love essential, couldn't live with out it. Thank you very much, Steve.

Steve, first of all thanks very much for your appraisal of our app. Secondly, once upgraded to the Pro version, you never need to upgrade again as this is considered a lifetime license.
Could you please check what will the app show in the About window (tap on Menu->Settings->About)? Is it going to be EssentialPIM or EssentialPIM with a "Pro"? Thanks.

Seems there is a bug somewhere.
I already bought the Pro license in version 3.0.5. Yesterday I upgraded to 3.5.0 and at the beginning it works only in free mode. In the Tasks section when I add a new task the option "Show in calendar" ("Mostra nel calendario" in my italian version) was not available but there was a square PRO button inviting me to buy the Pro version. In Setting->About the program shows "EssentialPIM 3.5.0".
Today I started the app again and now is working in Pro mode with all the Pro features and showing correctly "EssentialPIM Pro 3.5.0" :?
I remember there was a similar bug in 3.0.5 where at least at the beginning sometimes it didn't show the Pro version.

Just wondering if the Pro mode is going to hide itself again...

I remember that bug and that's what is was doing again. However, today it does show as PRO version, and is no longer asking me to "buy" pro version anymore, so that's fixed. Thank you very much, Steve.

It seems it may take some time for the new versions to propagate and accept existing license. Thanks for the info, will investigate further.

I have the sameproblem. I updated to the latest version and the calendar app on the homepage displays a message "Pro version only". I reinstalled the widget on the home screen and the message was gone. I thought that i had solved the problem. Today it was working and at some point it returned to theprevious status -locked. This issue has to be solved. We have already paid for the app!

I "have" same problem, but also the solution:

I updated Epim for Android to 3.5.0 on my Samsung S3.
when I click on the Button for the menu a trop down appears "settings" and "buy epim pro"
either click to settings and go to "about"
or just click the menu button again. menu disappears. Then click it again and "buy epim pro" is gone.

Also worked with the todays update 3.5.0 to 3.5.0 (silent)
Epim-User since 12/2007 - changed to pro later - never change a running system - now Epim Lifetime.
Running latest* Epim Pro Portable on a Lenovo T14p with Win 10 64bit.
*including RC`s

I tried it but it does not work. The calendar widget on the homescreen continues to display the message "Pro version only".

Thanks for the updated info. Sometimes rebooting your device also helps. In any case, we're working on the issue and hope to release fixed version in the beginning of next week.

The problem has appeared again! Yesterday the bug has appeared again preventing me to use the "Show in calendar" feature that was disabled. :evil: Today the bug keeps appearing and disappearing without any warning. Seems to me that there is a combination of actions that make this bug appearing and disappearing like a ghost. :?

Unfortunately your solution works just for a while. After some minutes or hours the bug comes back. :cry:

This morning I found my app upgraded to 3.5.1 and now it's asking me if I wish to purchase the Pro version (I have lifetime license)...

What should I do?

The Andoroid app and program are two different things

Android App is free, but to Pro, which costs even more.

Wen Pro want the app, this must be Bought.

Is not the program 6.0 case. (EssentialPIM Pro 6.0 or older)

Wen you but you bought the app (Android app) should now be a pro but still.
