Wipe data in modules and general

While testing I have erased all data from EPIM Android through the Android APP settings.
Because of problems with passwords on my tablet I used the option "purge data".
Why don't we have this option in all modules and even a general one.
I think this is useful when your want to reset the database of have other problems. Also for testing purposes this would be nice.
With "purge data" we keep all settings and registration. With erasing data through Android APP we lose all info, also settings and registration.

So please add a purge data option to all modules.
