caldav

Post by fagus »

Hello,
I intend to purchase the desktop edition in combination with the android version. (like in the old palm days)
However, it seem that the android version lacks support for caldav. This is strange, as it's a basic feature that's widely implemented (thunderbird + 'simple calendar' + davdroid on android for example).
Strangely, you only offer google sync which seem's irrational because the only reason to use you (paid) product and not google free ones, is that some people don't want to offer their data to google...

So, for the moment I won't use your calendar module and that's a waste. Do you plan to add caldav to calendar ? (professional people probably need carddav too by the way)

Hi

is there any update for this? I purchased the pro version for android, and i was suprised not to find a way to connect my calendar with caldav.

There's no such feature as of yet. Will likely implement it in the near future.
