Please fix item ordering in Tasks sync

Post by Triangulix »

Hi
I'm currently evaluating EPIM as a replacement for Google services, espacially Google Tasks.
The synchronization with the Android app in my local network works without issues but there is a general problem:
The order of the tasks items is not synchronized. When I arrange my tasks in the PC version they are still randomly ordered on my phone and the same is in the opposite direction. This is a major issue for me.

There's no such feature, yet. It will be included in the next major update.

Do you have a idea when it will be included. For me personally, sometimes I do not log in for a while, and to have them roll over so I do not have to look for them would be great, however you implement it.

Thanks

This will most likely be included in AEPIM 5.7. Should have this version ready for the final release within a month or two.

Is it already in epim pro 8.5? What search word do I use to find in help so I now how to implement and use the function?
I am talking about task/to do roll over to next day until marked complete which is also discussed in another thread.
Thank you

Like I previously mentioned, this feature would be included in AEPIM 5.7.
There's no such feature, yet that would allow tasks to roll over to next days if not completed.

Thanks for the reply, I apologize for not being clear, will the feature also be included in the desktop version on its next release?
Thanks

It might be, we're still thinking about ways to implement the feature so that it its nicely into the present UI. If you have any ideas about how that could possibly look like, please feel free to let us know.

Hi
Is there any news about the topic I started this thread with? Version 5.7 is out now.

Still working on it. It partially works with the 5.7 version but also some tweaking is required to be made on the Windows version side.
