Today I upgraded to version 8.62 of Essentialpim Pro. Now sync with my Android phone doesn't work. When I kick it off, it runs for a few seconds, then silently fails on the phone. On the PC it says "Connection lost or timed out". If I restart the sync, it sits at "Synchronising contacts" and never moves on.
I have restarted the phone and PC, and cleared out the sync data from the PC. Neither has helped.
Any suggestions please?
