unable to perform backup after update to pro 5.8.7

ironically Pro 5.8 7 suppose to fix backup & restore issues on android 11. I'm having backup issue ever since the update to 5.8.7 :(

pls help!

Seems you didn't allow EPIM the required permission. Please check this in the system settings.
Android version of EssentialPIM. Keep all your data in sync!

after i enable all permission, still unable to backup.
what's else needs to be enabled? it was fine prior to update.
how can to downgrade to previous version?

Sync you data with WinEPIM to have a copy of it, then uninstall and reinstall the app. Will it solve the problem?

Before you do that. Please make a screenshot with the backup settings and check if you're able to change the backup folder. And if you could record a small video with you actions, that would even be better. Thanks!

After i restored all permission to original state & change backup location to Documents directory, backup finally work!

tried a few other folders created by myself, also system folder e.g Android, but backup didn't work.

Ok, thanks for the update. Access to some other (upper) folders is now prohibited on Android 11.
