(Solved) BUG: Private note items not visible in Insert Hyperlink

I have a password protected file.
My security options are as follow:

I'm in note module and have private items visible.
I select a private note, go to related items, add new. And there i can't link my private notes.

Public notes are visible but not private ones.

This also happen in the module password with private passwords.
It might happens in other modules also, i didn't test it.

I tested the note module, and the bug is still present with EPIM 8.54.3 Pro Portable.

What if you click on a "+" sign by the Folder name in Tree dialog? If still not possible, please upload a screenshot of that window, where "+" folder is expanded.

Here is a another screenshot with the folder expanded.

By the way, the OK button can be clicked even if there is no leaf note selected. If i click ok, I get an access violation error message !

The bug can be reproduced on a new file with default configuration.
Steps to reproduce:
> Add a child private note to a public note, write something in it

> Move to the parent public note (for example), then go to "Related Items" press "Add New" button => the bug is present ! There is no leaf note to attach to !
