Script error
I use version 8.63 Pro with windows 10
When i try to add a sync i get this error.
I have been using the program now for several days and find all kinds of peculiarities i don't really care for. And the help file might as well be not exist.

Re: Script error
Hello,
for a test, I suggest running Internet Explorer or Edge and navigating to gmail.com - will it work there?

Re: Script error
I experienced this before. Try dragging that window and enlarging it slightly. Fixed the problem for me.windsurfer wrote: Mon Jan 27, 2020 9:22 pm Also no matter what select to do with the error when i get to the page to allow PIM the neccesary items the allow button is greyed out.

Re: Script error
I deleted the account that gave me the error and recreated it, I am not getting the error now but i lost all my emails and even though i have my account set to leave a copy on the server it won't download them.
This program is giving me more trouble than i care to admit.
So far i am not impressed.

Re: Script error
I must admit, indeed, you are having quite an unusual number of issues one could expect. Difficult to explain the common reason, thus tackling issues one by one.
If your email account was IMAP, and account was deleted and then created again- emails should definitely appear in EPIM. Screenshots of your set up, of email receiving window would help to understand possible issue.

Re: Script error
If you make a new account and email is not downloaded, most likely it's because server does not expose those emails. To test, you can try another email client to use with same mail account.
