Hi,
Every so often I lose the assigned categories for my contacts. Not all of them just a few. So I may make 83 members of a group then later I will discover that group has only two members. I never lose the categories only who is assigned to them. Often a category will suddenly have no members. I think it happens after a sync with office365 but I am not sure. I have mad the sync one way (epim->office) meantime to see if it still happens.

Re: Contact categories
I think synchronization might be the cause here. Please let us know if setting synchronization up for 1-way direction helped to solve the issue. Will investigate further then. Thanks!

Re: Contact categories
So far, after about 20 syncs or so, there has been no loss of category associations since I shifted to a one-way sync (epim->outlook).
Cheers

Re: Contact categories
Thanks for the update, will check the issue with 2-way Office365 sync.

Re: Contact categories
We'd like to see a sync log file then. You can get it here: Tools->Options->Synchronization, Browse... and the filenames should start with "Outlook". Thanks!
