I have EPIM Pro Version 9.0 on a windows 10 pro Dell Laptop. I Have EPIM Pro 5.7.3 on my Samsung Galaxy A50 cell phone. I cannot get them to sync. Manually or automatically.

Android version of EssentialPIM. Keep all your data in sync!

The phone says: Connected to Wi-Fi network: "name"
No PCs with running Windows version of EssentialPIM. .... The PC and phone is connected to the same network and both are on. Tried "Connect manually" with IP address and port for computer and McAfee firewall turned off, although it set to pass EssentialPIM. Get "Connection Error" Unable to connect. I didn't have this problem before the latest upgrades in Windows 10 Pro.

Please also try to disable Windows firewall. This might also help: https://www.essentialpim.com/help/troubleshooting2.htm.
