EPIM Pro problem after install

I just updated my wife's install of EPIM Pro to version 9.0. When I bring up the program it does not know where the database is. I pointed it to the database and all her old messages are there, but new messages are blank. I am attaching the error log to this post. The database size is over 2GB Nd she has mail going back years. Anyone have any ideas?

I am having the same install ver. 9.0 problem with both a Windows 7 and Windows 10 PC. I have had to restore back to version 8.66.1 to operate. I keep getting prompted to upgrade to version 9.0 whenever i open EPIM. I have also sent the problem log onto support. Time for a fix...

Please get the latest 9.1 version, it should be able to work normally. Thanks!

It still does NOT work. I get the same error when I try to copy and paste an item in calendar view. I've had to restore my database file from a backup. Won't try another version 9.x update without taking an immediate database backup beforehand. I depend on this program to manage my business, please fix it.

Where do I get the upgrade? When I click on Help>Check For Updates I get a message that there are no updates available. I am running 9.0.

tonyc01, please mention specifically which error you get.

EoinDubh, you can either wait couple of hours more till the new version reaches you or you can download it from our web site here:

admin: I will have to backup my db file and then re-install v9.1 to get the specific error. I wil do that shortly and get back to you.

tonyc01, dudu please sync your databases into the new one using EPIM Sync (https://www.essentialpim.com/pc-version ... ntary-apps). If the problem persists, please describe in more detailes as to when it appears.

tonyc01, does the error happen only if you're trying to copy-paste an appointment?

admin, that is all I tested. I use the calendar and contacts mostly. If you want me to test something, let me know. However, to do any tests with v9.1, I will have to back up my db, re-install v9.1, run some tests, and re-install v.8.66.1 so I can continue to use EPIM. Let me know...

Dear Administrator
I only use calendar and contacts
The problem arises when I migrate from calendar to contacts in the LOCALHOST database on both computers (Windows 8.1 which is the server and on my Windows 7)
Next monday I will run the EPIM Sync tool and post again

When I rum the EPIM Sync result in "unavailable database"
When I create a new database result "unsupported on-disk structure for file found 11.2, support 11.1
Could' not you help me by TeamViewer

My trouble was solucioneted when I found the citation:
The error tells you that your Firebird version does not understand the on-disk structure (ODS) version of the database file. The database file has ODS 11.2, while your Firebird understands ODS 11.1 (and lower).
ODS 11.2 means it is a Firebird 2.5 database, while support for ODS 11.1 indicates you are currently using a Firebird 2.1 server. To be able to read the database, you will need to install Firebird 2.5.
Now after the upgrade from 2.1 to 2.5 everything is all right and the program is working perfectly
