Epim v9.1.1 upgrade issue

Whenever I try to upgrade to 9.1.1 it tells me that Epim pro is still running and it will not allow the upgrade to proceed.
I have checked many times in the task manager and it is not running.

Does this mean that we should reboot before applying an upgrade?

Quite controversy, meaning you shouldn't be normally rebooting your PC. Only in some rare cases when EPIM couldn't close itself correctly, reboot might be required.
