Option to sort, filter, or search tags by color in tag explorer

I have monolithic list of tags that are color coded by subject:

People
Places
Other Object Types
...etc

When looking for something alphabetically the list is can get a bit too daunting with everything all mixed together, but would be quite manageable if things could be sorted or even better filtered or searched by color.
