Launch error

Re: Launch error
I never wrote that syncing with Microsoft Todo is not working with my PC.
I wrote that I had an error message when launching EPIM, but after closing the error window everything was working fine.
I did not note, but I think the error occurred during a change of session when launching EPIM for the first time
In other words when I was in my session, there was no error message even when synchronizing with Microsoft ToDo.
So I believe that is not a synchronization error, but simply the presence of this synchronization and the launch of EPIM.
Uninstalling / reinstalling EPIM does not solve the problem.
I remind you that the error was "Access violation at address 01555BFF in module'EssentialPIM.exe '. Read of address00000000.
Uninstalling / reinstalling EPIM does not solve the problem.
This therefore concerns the EPIM program

Re: Launch error
I think that's more of a combination of your data and availability of synchronization. As I repeat there were no similar error reports from other users (whether with MS To Do synchronizations set up or without).

Re: Launch error
I summarize: for you, there is a problem in my database when the Microsoft ToDo Backup synchronization is set and no problem when this synchronization is no longer there.
My database is regularly checked by EPIM.

Re: Launch error
Well here is another user who has never been able over the years that mstodo has been around to get it to sync. It says something about folder already exists.
I have sent screen captures etc and just hear that no one else has this problem. Well frankly I don't believe it. I have a normal computer and have had several over the years with the same problem.
