Sync iOS PC after EPIM iOS Update not working

After the last update of EPIM iOS app, the sync with my windows machine is not working anymore.
- I created new sync profile
- Changed the port

On iOS the same WiFi network is showing but than the red text shown "Please start EPIM on your Windows..."
Even when clicking in Windows than on the iOS sync or setting up a new sync profile, nothing is happening.

Nothing helped, any ideas?
Another question, is it possible, like with the Android app, to set the IP adress manually in the iOS app?

Same for me. Since the last update the sync doesn't work. My IPhone XR is connected to the same network, but i'm not able to start the sync. Same
red text as gerliste described.
Before the last update, the sync works, but some entries are double on IOS and some are deleted .... that's an old problem, that has to be fixed.
So it would be happy to get a solution for this.

My Iphone 6s is connected to the same network, but
sync dosn´t work

Same for me. Don‘t work. The symptoms are identical.

This need to be fixed.

I echo the same issues with EPim Pro (Windows 10) and IPhone 10.

I can confirm the issue and would like to say that we're working on it as I write this post. A new fixed version should be available within a day or two. Will update this post when it happens. Thank you all for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.

Done, the fixed version is in the App Store, pending Apple's review at the moment. Hopefully will go live tomorrow.

I have a windows laptop brand new. I have an iPhone. I have 2400 contacts. While I can connect and it says it's syncing it is so slow I mean I have about a millimeter of blue after a few hours. I've rebooted, you name it.

I use a program called Deja office and it syncs from Windows to iPhone to ipad in seconds. I mean you can watch the number of contacts tick away. It's seamless.

All the syncing, every which way onedrive, google, you name it is unreliable. I have tried on numerous laptops and computers and iPhone and ipad and ipadmini etc.

I wish the syncing could be severely improved because as of now it's not worth using to sync.

The program itself is wonderful but being able to share it is not.

johncesta, something clearly went wrong during the sync process. To check this out, we'd need to see the sync log file. Please forward it to me via PM.
