New place to select favorite, recently viewed and modified notes

Where is the new place to select favorite, and recently Viewed?

It's in the navigation pane, under Notes.

I found it, but it wasn't easy, the navigational pane was unchecked.
I use shortcut keys to navigate to reduce clutter. It seems to me it should be in the Notes Navigation and visible.

I'm in the same boat, I use a copy of EPIM with navigation turned off as I only use notes, which renders favorites and recents unusable now in v10RC2.

There are lots of people who agree that it is currently in a poor location for a variety of reasons being discussed in the main release thread. It sounds like it may unfortunately be set in stone for v10, but will hopefully be moved to a better location in v10.1.

Can we please at least get hotkeys to switch between all and favorites before the end of the RC?

I can't use the navigation pane in my setup.

For future sake I read the release thread and I particularly like the idea of having both the main tree and favorites list on screen at the same time , thus eliminating the need to switch between states entirely.

Sure, will add shortcuts for these views. As for the future - seems that's the way we're going to do it

Maybe it would be better to use the right click on the "Recent History" icon to show the favorites there? I have navigation pane disabled.

You can use shortcuts or the upper View menu.

Confirm this problem, will be fixed in the upcoming update version.
