Pictures (jpg, png, bmp) in Notes are autosized to the screen width.
If I try to resize a picture manually, I found it very hard.
It's difficult to select the picture for resizing: How to do that ?
Sometimes I managed to do it (I don't know how),
but got a copy also, so I had two equal (resized) pictures.
If I after saving, try to delete any of the two copies, both are deleted.
Tested with EPIM Pro 5.8.7 on Android 5 & 10

The auto-save (of the entire database) happens when I switch to another leaf
(the only way to exit "edit mode").
So the picture I tried to resize is gone, permanently (can't undo).
The only way to get it back is to do a restore,
which is a very clumsy way to correct a misstake (or many misstakes).
This autosave (which I can't dissable) is my main concern when using EPIM.
I had to be very careful, otherwise I can loose my data.
That's why I sync from PC to Android only, because its more easy to do misstakes on Android.
I want to turn off autosave and be able to save manually when "I" want.
These are my findings. Maybe some are wrong.

Re: Resize pictures in the Notes module
You can tap on a picture and then use the zoom in/out icons on the toolbar at the bottom.
And you can always click on the menu while editing a note and choose Discard not to save the note automatically.

Thanks, I didn't know about the "Discard" option when a leaf have been edited.
I also found that the "Search" icon turns into a "Save" icon.
Now can I also delete the duplicate only.
The problem I had to select the picture for resize was that I only got one "dot" below the picture at left.
To get it to work there must be two "dots" (left and right) with a line (green) between them below the picture.
Is there any manual how to use EPIM on Android?
It would be nice to have a help section built in.

Re: Resize pictures in the Notes module
Could you please attach a screenshot illustrating how the "dot" looks like? As I'm not sure I follow this one.
About manual - all should be pretty much straightforward. What sort of info you think you'd need from the help file?

Re: Resize pictures in the Notes module
Are you tapping on the picture itself? If so, what's your Android OS version? Thanks!

Re: Resize pictures in the Notes module
As I mentioned in my first post: Tested with EPIM Pro 5.8.7 on Android 5 & 10.
The picture is from a test on Samsung S9 (SM-G960F) phone with Android 10.
Yes, I press and hold on the picture to get the two "dots".
I found that I could only lower the picture size 9 times.
I testet several different picturesizes (PNG) with the same result (same final picture size but different resolutions).
I need the picure smaller than I can get, so I have give it all up.
Thanks
