It seems that links that I set up in notes (CTRL+Left Click) do not to work unless I add the absolute path in the link. If the drive letter is left off (the way the EPIM dialog works when setting up links for a note) it does not open the link (in this case a pdf) either with a CTRL+ Left Click or Alt + Left Click.
IF I ADD THE DRIVE LETTER THEN IT WORKS - PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It works as expected on our side. Please record a small video demonstrating the problem so that we're sure we do not miss anything while trying to reproduce the issue.
