Okay... Then how do you 'PIN' it?

Re: EssentialPIM 11.0 Release Candidate
Now all my Contacts photos are gone. What's up with that one???
Fortunately I have them all backed up and can replace them once the fix is implemented. I just tried adding a few back and 'Saving' the database, then Exiting EPIM and restarting it... and the photos I replaced are gone... again.

Re: EssentialPIM 11.0 Release Candidate
Though I don't use contact photos, I tested the issue out, and sure enough, contact photos disappear when EPIM 11.0 RC1 is reopened.Frizzell9 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 03, 2022 3:44 pmNow all my Contacts photos are gone. What's up with that one???

All of my 'Fetched Icons' in the Password module are gone. Between the missing 'Contact' photos and this issue, I suspect a common factor. That's just my logic of course...

I'm a man of words, having lived my life in the printing industry. For me removing the navigation toggle is a step backwards as I prefer words over icons.
I'm certainly going to miss this feature...,

Simply click on the button highlighted on the picture.
Frizzell9, ecsaltz , thanks for the report about missing pictures in contacts, the issue reproduced and would be fixed in the next update.
How do we reproduce the issue? So far we couldn't do that, unfortunately.

When there's a problem with synchronization, please always forward us the log file, in this case we'll be able to see what's causing it. Thanks!

Re: EssentialPIM 11.0 Release Candidate
I use the portable version of EPIM. Up to V 10 the software often freezes for some seconds up to some minutes. In V 11 I couldn't notice this. The change between the modules seems to be much faster too. My hope is that I´ll save much more tim with V11.
Unfortunately I can´t already use V11 because instant print from tasks and some other modules (not email) terminates the programm by exception.
I think it will be fixed in some time and I'm looking forward to welcome V 11.

Re: EssentialPIM 11.0 Release Candidate
Chris17, we're unable to reproduce the error on the latest pre-release builds. So likely it was fixed.
Haldex , thanks will attempt to fix it before the final release version.

Re: EssentialPIM 11.0 Release Candidate
Today EPIM popped up a blank update screen:
I tired exiting it and going to the help window and checking for updates and the same blank window shows up.
I'm currently on the RC1 version of 11 on windows 11 64-bit

Re: EssentialPIM 11.0 Release Candidate
it happened to me too.
I believe it is due to the fact that stable version 11.0 is available today. For some reason the update window does not display the release notes.
