task widgets: priority filtering separated from filtering in app itself

Hi,

Currently, AEPIM task widgets follows priority filtering of the app itself: if the app only shows highest priority tasks, so does the widget.
Please consider changing, so that AEPIM task widgets can show all tasks, while app itself shows only highest priority tasks, etc. ...
