I have tried the password reset functions on both the Astonsoft client service portal (hostbill.cloud.essentialpim.com) and EPIM Cloud login screen.
Instructions stated to wait a reasonable amount of time for reset notification. It's been nearly 24h, so I believe it is safe to assume there is a problem somewhere in the pipeline.
Hoping this catches the eye of admin -- Hello admin -- for a PM invite and a helpful resolution of this problem because my email requests also seem to be lost to the ether.
