11.1 beta 1 new note toolbar and text wraping
The new note toolbar is unproductive.
I'm not sure what issue it's trying to solve either. In small windows it creates a whole lot of problems as nearly every command gets hidden inside "..." menus so you then have to memorize what all these "..." menus have in them which is annoying if you're a regular user, and not even possible if you are a casual user.
In ultra compact windows that a great for note taking you can't even get to all the buttons.
Overall I strongly vote to keep the old/current toolbar and not this new one.
Also text warping seems to be acting funny in small windows in the new beta.

+1 new beta note toolbar isn't great.
I think it could work if there was a whole lot more user options, such as a system to define what went into overflow mode, and what was always visible, along with options for more than 1 row.
But all that would make for a messy amount of new options, whereas the old toolbar just works as is. My only wish for the old toolbar is for the ability to hide the font and size selectors as I don't sue them. Once I have my styles prefixed that's all I use.

Re: 11.1 beta 1 new note toolbar and text wraping
Hmmm...I like the new note bar, but, that's because I have a 34" monitor with ultra high resolution - the whole new note bar is just about completely visible.
But, if I simulate a small monitor, I see the problem that the previous users have reported, and why they like the old note bar.
I can think of only two solutions: WinEPIM detects the smaller monitor resolution and reverts to the old note bar scheme, or, there is an option switch to select which style the user prefers.

+1 here for not liking the new bar.
I have a big 4k monitor, but I use EPIM in a little window the vast majority of the time.

I'm also not a fan of the new toolbar. It feels like a step backwards. It puts frequently used tools in ambiguous menus, which is unintuitive and time wasting.
