Contact sync error with EPIM Cloud

Contact sync error with EPIM Cloud

I just noticed another problem, EPIM Cloud sync corrupted my Contacts in Desktop EPIM and also on Android.

In Desktop I have people contacts with First and Last name filled out.
I also have Company contacts with company name in Company field and nothing in First and Last name.

After sync with EPIM Cloud
Desktop EPIM
- My People contacts First and Last name have been erased on all of them.
- My Company contacts remained the same.

EPIM Cloud and Android
- ONLY my People contacts are in there. No Company contacts.

Have I been entering Contacts wrong all this time? Maybe when I enter a Company into EPIM I'm supposed to put that in the "Last Name" or "First Name" field and the Company field should only be for the People contacts company where they work?

We need sync log files to tell more or an exact list with steps to reproduce the issue. Thanks!
Android version of EssentialPIM. Keep all your data in sync!
