Waiting for authorization

This should be easy. I keep EPIM in my taskbar. When I click on the icon, EPIM doesn't maximize. Instead, I get a "Waiting for authorization" popup. I can close EPIM (top right "x") and adjust size. I can't Minimize (-). Advice please.

Had a couple of programs I wanted to uninstall so I did Windows apps uninstall. On reboot, EPIM works perfectly.
Sorry for all the work. I'm happy.

Do you close EPIM every night? I find if I don't restart EPIM every few days, it gets wonky and I can't sync and sometimes experience other issues as well. The problems stop when I close the program. Take three breaths from the left nostril only, and restart it.

New observation this AM.
Every few minutes a web page automatically opens stating "Choose an account to continue to essentialPIM" and my choices are 3 google accounts for family. My EPIM account isn't a google account.

What kind of email accounts are added into EPIM?

I have 3 *********@suddenlink.net and one gmail, but the suddenlink is my EPIM account password. I have 4 gmail accounts in Thunderbird.
For fun, I signed out of all gmail accounts and signed back in, Still get the "waiting on authorization popup in EPIM." Still get the web page appearing every 10 minutes telling me to sign in to my gmail accounts.
