Mark as not spam

Mark as not spam
From the first version of EPIM with spam filter, "Mark as not spam" did not work correctly. I sent you my spam filter log a few times- no change, some emails still got to spam-folder, even if I do not want them to go to spam-folder. For example, I want service@paypal.at NOT to be spam, I hit "Mark as not spam" a hundred times...... no chance.
Why didn´t you just add a manual setting option, which email is spam, and which not? Otherwise, is there the possibility to add an emailadress manualy to the .ini file?

Re: Mark as not spam
Hallo a8907433,

Re: Mark as not spam

Re: Mark as not spam
Please forward us the log file (its name should start with "SpamFilter") after you receive such message again, will check what's wrong. Thanks.

Re: Mark as not spam
Now it happened again- service@paypal.at was in spam.
Where are the "spam" "not spam" data stored? in the log-file?

What was the subject line of that email message?

Re: Mark as not spam
Looks like you'd need to reset your SPAM training data (you can do it in Tools->Options->Mail->Spam). Thanks.

Re: Mark as not spam
This function still does not work. It is the only thing stopping me from moving from Outlook.
Does anyone think it will ever be fixed?

Re: Mark as not spam
Please elaborate more as to what specifically is not working? It works as on our side as for the users. This topic is from 2019, so please make sure you use the latest 11.2.4 version of EPIM.
