Mobile APP not recognising PRO purchase
I have been using Essential Pim Pro on my desktop and Android mobile for many years, along the way having purchased lifetime upgrades and the Android Pro upgrade.
At some point the status of my mobile EssentialPim organiser changed, not sure when, but now the Pro options in my settings are not active.
i.e. I want to lock time zones on my mobile (which I thought I had set when I purchased the upgrade) so I click on the blue PRO icon which takes me to the blue BUY NOW icon. Clicking this brings up a green banner telling me that I already own this item, which is correct, but I am not then taken to a screen that allows me to activate PRO options, I am effectively left in a loop that takes me back to the BUY NOW screen.
Can anyone help with any troubleshooting instructions?

Thank you admin, I followed the link but believe I still have a problem.
I have always used my email to purchase my Essential PIM products, never any Google ID's, and I am unclear how to resolve my issue other than the link discussing manual registration, but now how to go about it?
