With Windows 10 and 11 you.com's chatbot says to do this:
press Windows key + G. From there, you can start a screen recording by clicking on the "Record" button or by pressing Windows key + Alt + R.

You can also adjust the settings for your recording, such as recording quality and audio sources, by clicking on the "Settings" icon next to the "Record" button.

Once you're finished recording, you can find the video file in the Videos folder on your computer.
I've never tried it as I use Snagit from techsmith.

Other people might have free recorders that are better than Windows built-in one.

I haven't used either, but I bet techsmith's jing-tool as admin suggested is probably better than Window's built-in tool.

I'd say it depends on purely personal preferences :)

I'm not real happy doing this since it shows email address. I'll trust you to somehow delete the link quickly

Thanks, authorize for the Gmail account you have in EPIM and the prompt should be gone.

I have two gmail accts. One only for the calendar and a different one for email. I've done both 5-10 times - literally. No change. But, I'll do it again.
which one is likely the offender

Impossible to say unless you temporarily disable sync with one of them and then check if it helps.

Tried your authorization suggestion. Didn't work.
In desperation, I forced stop in my PC's settings of all app using any of our family's gmail accounts.went back to EPIM and signed back in to those relevant accounts - email and calendar. THEN, signed back in to Thunderbird and Microsoft mail. Since then, no more "authorization" popups. If you remember, w eek or two ago I was able to get the authorization popup to stop, but it returned a day or two later, so I make no claims of success. But, I'll give it another 2-3 days and let you know if I succeeded or failed.

Looks like EPIM is back to normal. Thanks for your patience.
Time for the next question, but it should be easy.
Thanks again.
