(Solved) All Mail to Spam
Since it's a little slow I thought I'd post .... That I removed the Only 2 Rules I had in EPIM and they involved my wife's
-- at bellouth.net - IMAP EPIM acct.
(ie) IF _______ is in FROM, then Send to Spam.
AFTER i did that -- all of her Mail -- and MY Hotmail mail -- BOTH previously going to HOTMAIL Spam for weeks -- started going to their Correct Inbox - or Spam if actually Spam.
I checked Hotmail Online and had previously DISABLED ALL RULES and had No Blocks in Junk Mail.
This ALSO happened last September (deleted her Acct in EPIM and just re-Inst'd it after recent MS "other problem" fixes -- and I have no idea HOW Hotmail gets affected by 2 Rules for - at bellsouth.net --
It's FAIR to say THAT wasn't a Fix BUT a Coincidence ... but I am thrilled to have things normal again.
I Won't be making Rules.
