Cannot Grant External Storage Permission for Backup

Post by Maximiller »

Hello thanks again for the great app. I have reinstalled EPIM 6.0.15 on Android (Samsung S21 Ultra, Android 13) after a while. I wanted to back up the database locally and to Google Drive, and found that I could not grant External Storage permission nor All file access in the special access setting. If I password protect the app, add fingerprint lock and enable automatic backup anyway, the app will keep looping the message that the permission has not been granted and keep asking for fingerprint unlock, making the phone unusable. I wonder if others have the same issue?
