New version synchronization error

I updated the windows and android version to the latest version.
Synchronization is not working.

Android version of EssentialPIM. Keep all your data in sync!

This error message usually occurs when EPIM has lost contact with the database or program components in some way.
The causes are manifold:

- loss of connection to wifi
- loss of connection to e-mail account
- after Windows standby
- previous error message from EPIM that was closed
- current problems with synchronization or closing EPIM

For me, closing EPIM, deleting the log directory and restarting with subsequent optimization of the database via the database management usually helped. If these measures are not successful, a new database should be created and the data of the old database should be imported.
