EssentialPim Android problem Sync and reminders

Good morning, I ask for help with 2 problems I have on EssentialPim Android (everything works on the PC).
When I sync the reminders are not copied to the Android version.
If I add them manually, Android only sends me the notification for the first event, all subsequent events, despite the reminder icon appearing in the event, no longer sends them to me. This is on both Oppo and Huawei smartphones.
Obviously all notifications for EssentialPim are activated in your phone settings.
