Lieber Admin!

Auch ich habe das gleiche Problem wie Bully, Pese, .... ich habe ein neues Android-Handy bekommen und nach der Installation von EssentialPIM keine PRO-Version mehr. Möchte ich updaten, erhalte ich die Meldung, dass ich bereits die Pro-Version habe.

Auch die Eingabe auf dem Bildschirm nach 3 x Logo antippen hat keinen Erfolg gebracht. Ich habe die PRO-Version am 13.10.2020 gekauft aber der Lizenzschlüssel mit 60 Zeichen (10 Blöcke zu je 6 Zeichen mit Bindestrich getrennt) wird jedes Mal auf diesem Bildschirm "Code eingeben: _______________ - _______________" abgelehnt.

Wie bekomme ich auf dem Handy wieder die PRO-Version?

Hi Admin,

I also have the same problem. I have a long licence key (60 digits and letters in 10 blocks separated by "-") and a Pro version for Android (I bought a lifetime licence on october 13th, 2020). Now I have a new smartphone, and there is obviously no possibility to get my Android Pro version again.
Please can you help me?

Hello Admin,

I do have the same problem as described above.
Purchased the lifetime version and the Pro app in 2014 and getting the "Pro version only" message after switching to a new mobile phone.

I already tried to send you a pm, but it stays in my outbox.

How can I send you my purchase details?
